- Probate Record of Margaret Dyson of Inkberrow 6th April 1739
The following made an obligation to oversee the administration of Margaret Dyson's intestate estate; Thomas Strefford of the Parish of Bromsgrove, Yeoman, John Ingram of Bewdley, Gent, Richard Vernon of Bewdley, Gent.
Obligation dated 6th April in the 12th year of the reign of George II (1739)
The condition of the obligation is such that if the above bounden Thomas Strefford, (alias Streffal) Margaret's nephew by her sister, and administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels and credits of Margaret Dyson, late of the Parish of Inkberrow and widow of Gravenor Dyson, do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory into the Registry of the Consistory Court of Worcester at or before the last day of September 1739. A true account of all administration given to the Court so that Probate can be paid out. If a will of Margaret should appear, however, this obligation and condition to be void.
