- Probate Record of Grosvenor Dyson of Hanbury dated 18th October 1717
An obligation making the following overseers of the intestate estate of Grosvenor Dyson dated 18th October 1717.
Margaret Dyson of Hanbury, Widow, John Jennings of Norton Regis, Yeoman, Anthony Ashfield, Gent.
The condition of the obligation is such that the above bounden Margaret Dyson, Widow, the relict and administrator of all and singular, the goods, chattels and credits of Grosvenor Dyson, late of Hanbury, Gent, intestate deceased, do make a true inventory of such goods, chattels etc. And to exhibit such inventory into the Registry of the Consistory Court of Worcester at or before the last day of November 1717, and also to make a true account of the intestate estate, and exhibit it before the Court at or before the last day of September 1718, so the Judges can then issue probate on the estate.
If any will shall appear then Margaret to deliver it to the Court and this obligation and condition to be void.
