• Probate Records and Goods Inventory of William Dyson of Pirton 1672
  
  The Obligation in Latin, makes Elizabeth Dyson, his widow, William Glover and John Knight, Yeoman, bound to administer his estate. dated 31st August 1672.
  
  The Condition of the Obligation is such that if the above bound Elizabeth Dyson, the relict (widow) and Administrator of all and singular the goods, chattels and debts of William Dyson, late of Pirton, intestate, deceased, do make a true inventory, it is to be exhibited into the Registry of the Consistory Court of Worcester at or before  the 29th September next, and a true and just account of her administration to be exhibited by 25 December next. If the above bounden, Elizabeth Dyson shall deliver any later will which may appear, to the court covering acts of the intestate estates, then this Obligation to be void.
