    In the name of God Amen, the 21st day of November 1679, I Henry Dyson, the Elder of the Parish of Stock and Bradley in the County of Worcester, Yeoman, being of perfect memory and remembrance praised be God do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following; First I give and bequeath my soul unto the hands of Almighty God, my maker, my only saviour and redeemer and my body to be buried in Christian Burial.

    I bequeath and devise, in present all my land called the Ganway with all the appertenances thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining by me, and being in the Parish of Inkberrow (and now demised and set unto my son Christopher Dyson) at £14 per annum unto my Grandson, Henry Dyson, the son of Christopher Dyson his heirs and assigns for ever. I give and bequeath unto Henry Dyson, my grandson, son of Christopher Dyson, £20 in hand after my decease.

    I bequeath and devise after my decease, my house in which I now live and all the land and appertenances thereunto belonging, or in any ways appertaining, unto my Grandchild John Dyson, son of Christopher Dyson, his heirs and assigns for ever. I give and bequeath unto my said Grandchild John Dyson, son of the said Christopher Dyson, £20 and also one press, 3 table boards with their frames, one screen, the bedstead in the room where I now lie and all things nailed or pinned to the dwelling house wherein I now dwell as standard to the said house which I have devised unto him.

    I bequeath and devise in present after my decease, my house and land with all the appertenances thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining, being in Stockwood in the Parish of Inkberrow now in the occupation of Phillip Callow and John Phillips, unto my Grandchild Christopher Dyson, the son of the said Christopher Dyson, his heirs and assigns during the lives or survivors of the lives of the lease held from the Lord Abergavenny. I bequeath unto my said Grandchild Christopher Dyson £20 in hand, presently after my decease.

    I bequeath unto my Grandchild Anne Dyson, daughter of the said Christopher Dyson, £10 and a moyetie of all my household goods in my now dwelling house except the standard already bequeathed and above mentioned, in hand presently after my decease. I bequeath unto my Grandchild Francis Phillips, £20, half a year after my decease, and the other moyetie of all my household goods in my now dwelling house (except those above mentioned unto my said Grandchild John Dyson), presently after my decease. I bequeath unto my Grandchild Margaret Phillips £10, half a year after my decease.

    I bequeath unto my Grandchild Winifred Callow, £10 to be paid her half a year after my decease. I bequeath unto my Grandchild Isobell Callow, £10 to be paid her half a year after my decease. I bequeath unto my Grandchild John Callow all the use of Four score Joint Bond betwixt Christopher Dyson, the elder and John Callow the elder of Dormston.

    I bequeath unto my daughter Margaret Callow 5/- to buy her a pair of gloves and £5 for the child in her womb.
    I bequeath unto my son George £20. I bequeath unto my 2 Grandchildren Robert Dyson and Thomas Dyson, sons of the said Christopher Dyson £10 presently after my decease. I bequeath unto my Grandchild Charles Dyson, the son of Christopher Dyson and the child in the womb of my Daughter in Law Katherine Dyson, wife of the said Christopher Dyson, £10 presently after my decease to be equally divided betwixt them.

    I bequeath unto my servant, Alice Strange 40/-. I bequeath unto my servant Sarah Farre of Morton under Hill 5/-. I bequeath unto my servant John Perks 5/-. I bequeath unto my kinswoman, Ann Lett 10/-. I bequeath unto my neighbour John Figgett my best coat. I bequeath unto William Willis, the Smith, and old Edward Rudge of Inkberrow 4/- betwixt them.

    I nominate and appoint William Brooke, clerk, and my neighbour John Mansell overseers of this my last will and testament. Lastly, I constitute ordain and appoint my son Christopher Dyson sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking all other wills and testaments in witness thereof. I the said Henry Dyson, the elder, have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written. It is my will that my 3 Grandchildren, Henry Dyson, John Dyson and Christopher Dyson sons of the said Christopher Dyson, shall upon the next day after my funeral, seize upon the said three estates above mentioned given unto them.

    It's my will that William Brooke and Mrs Brooke shall have 20/- equally dived betwixt them.
